Those with Hay-fever I can highly recommend Beconase nasal spray. I suffer quite bad with hay fever and this has been a complete game changer.
I do two sprays in each nostril every morning and again in the afternoon. It feels weird and tastes like what I imagine flowers and pollen would taste of. 😄😄

It is so worth it! 😍😍
