Young Creative Minds Club

As most people will know by now, Mental Health is something I’m extremely passionate about. Especially children’s mental health which is why for the past 4 years or so I have been working on my own little project to help children and young people with their mental health and well-being. I have taken courses, done hours and hours of reading and research, making connections with other like minded people, using mine and other peoples experiences to learn from, trialling methods and techniques, you name it I’ve probably done it! There were times I felt like giving up because I faced some obstacles and frustrations a long the way, building this project up hasn’t been easy and I’ve worked seriously hard on it.

Just before Christmas I finally launched my project ‘Young Creative Minds Club’ πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰

I am currently in the process of creating a website for it which I will share the link on here once it’s ready to go. πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ

Who am I? πŸ€”
What am I offering? 🀨
What is it all about? πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ

I’m Ange – an accredited Creative Youth Well-being and Mindfulness Coach based in Kent, UK. My aim is to help children and young people with their mental health and well-being by being creative. I encourage and teach those taking my sessions to use creative tools, creative strategies and short meditation techniques. We will be doing things such as Gratitude Trees, Our wishes and goals, personal development and loads more!! πŸ˜ƒπŸ˜ƒ Due to the current pandemic, I am offering group and individual sessions online via Zoom to anyone in the UK. Once it is safe to do so, I will be offering group or individual sessions to those local to me face to face in a workshop setting. I will be offering an introductory price for those wishing to take part in the sessions. These will be at a reduced rate for the time being so they are accessible for everyone because right now more than ever, the mental health and well-being of children and young people is so important and of course, it is something I’m very passionate about. The adults who sign up their child or young person to take part in the sessions will be invited to join a private Facebook group. The group will allow us to get to know each other a bit better, answer any questions or concerns you might have as well as lots recieving lots of information and you will be able to view what is planned for each session in advance. I will also be using this page to share lots of positive content such as helpful hints and tips to help your child or young person with their mental health and well-being. I will be sharing ideas for you to get creative, ways to get your child or young person to communicate with you, and of course some inspirational quotes because who doesn’t love a quote every now and then? πŸ˜‰

You will notice below that there is a donation button. This is for anyone who would like to support Young Creative Minds Club by donating either a one off donation or an on going donation, however, you don’t have to and it is completely up to you but of course, any donations would be greatly appreciated! πŸ™ πŸ™
Your donations will be used to help fund the creative materials for those who aren’t able to finance this themselves at the moment and to further research into children’s mental health and well-being during this difficult time.

If you think your child or young person would be interested in joining my sessions, then please fill out the registration form below and I will get back to you.

I would really appreciate it if you could share the page to anyone who you think might benefit from it.
